Being political together
In this workshop area we offer different topics and formats around common, leftist politics and practice. It is not easy in this complex world to develop projects together and to find a way through different ideals, vulnerabilities and aspirations. Especially in groups and projects with approaches critical of power structures and discrimination, there is often a great desire to do justice to all topics, persons and positionings. However, this can hardly be realized. Often it is more important to develop a common practice that creates space to learn together - often through the experience of failing and being criticized.
In this area we would like to support you in developing a consciousness and a practice in which contradictions are allowed to exist in common politics. This includes, for example, workshops on left movement history and its diversity, as well as formats for groups that want to find a common stance in their political work. In some of these formats we work with academic references and texts, but we also offer formats more oriented towards practical common politics.
